As some of you may remember, in January of 2023 BBBS announced the kick-off the 50 Men to Mentors campaign at our first Quarterly in the Fourth meeting of the year. The objective of that campaign was to raise awareness of the fact that more male mentors were needed for our community’s young boys, and to put those interested in serving as role models on the fast-track to mentorship. I am happy to say that campaign was a success.

Though the campaign reached its goal and then some, the need for male mentors continues. BBBSMA can provide interested individuals with just about everything they need to be successful at mentoring a Little. All you need is to show up with the will and commitment to make a difference. Sign up to be a Big today at bbbsatl.org/BE-A-BIG.

Thank you to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta for everything you do to support and uplift our youth.

If you have questions or concerns, please call my office at 404-371-4749, visit my website at commissionerbradshaw.com, or use the link at the bottom of this email to Report an Issue.

As always, thank you to the citizens of District 4 and DeKalb County for affording me this opportunity to serve. It is indeed an honor.
